Mitzvah Magic and the Afikim Foundation are sponsoring a world wide one mile walk for Israel. Join over 90 communities around the world as we celebrate Israel's 60th with this special program on Sunday, June 1. The walk will begin at Cong. Shirat Hayam in Swampscott at 10 a.m.  As Israel has deemed its 60th year the "Year of the Child," walkers are encouraged but not required to have friends and family sponsor them to raise funds for the National Council for the Child which represents the rights of all Israeli children. Click here for details.

The celebration continues with the Boston Jewish community as we celebrate Israel @ 60 at Gann Academy in Waltham on June 1, 12:30 - 5 p.m.
